In response to continuous growth and expansion, we are actively seeking a highly motivated National Service Sales Representative. This pivotal role reports to the Vice President, Power Generation, and involves spearheading effective nationwide sales initiatives.
As a National Service Sales Representative, you will cultivate new customer accounts, offering guidance on our service department's capabilities and driving sales expansion for National Power, LLC. Our comprehensive sales product portfolio encompasses the full spectrum of power services and equipment we provide.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Core duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base nationally.
Develop strategic relationships with major accounts by understanding their technical needs.
Advise customers on the capabilities of the service department, ensuring a thorough understanding of available services.
Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitors.
Formulate and execute effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Collaborate with the Vice President, Power Generation, to align sales efforts with overall business goals.
Analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective measures.
Thoroughly utilize the CRM system to document account details.
Become a subject matter expert across all product lines.
Proactively pursue ongoing training on company products.
Education and Experience
Proven track record of at least 5 years in a sales role, preferably in the power solutions or critical infrastructure industry.
Experience in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, cultivating strategic relationships, and achieving sales targets.
Demonstrated success in understanding technical needs and providing effective solutions to major accounts.
Proficiency with MS Office suite and CRM systems.
Strong communication and organizational abilities.
Work Conditions
Work from home/Remote.
Travel extensively (50-75%) for face-to-face client meetings.
