Villa RN Rehab/ LTCRN- PRN, Part Time, Full Time Benefited Night Shift (LTC)

　　The Villa Team has openings for an energetic, team oriented and self directed RN to join our day or night shift team in Rehab or Long Term Care. This position is a 12 hour shift. Assesses, plans, implements and evaluates the nursing care of residents within the skilled nursing setting.  Responsible for ensuring continuity of care of the residents between shifts by providing direct care as well as supervising the care given by CNAs, LPNs/LVNs and supportive staff members.  Participates in resident and family teaching.  Maintains role as resident advocate with a focus on the facility's mission.Full-time, Part-Time and PRN status available. Benefits (Full and Part time employees) Available 401 K Match, Health, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance. Short and Long Term Disability Insurance.
