　　Joining an innovative nursing team to meet the ever-changing staffing needs across inpatient surgical programs.

　　Providing competent nursing care to patients (newborn – adult) and their families across all inpatient surgical settings including general surgery and complex surgical subspecialties such as urology, plastic surgery, ORL, and orthopedics.

　　Delivering family-centered care as a member of a multidisciplinary team that provides expert care.

　　Attending to the full range of human experiences and responses to health and illness without restriction to a problem-focus orientation.

　　Providing a caring relationship that facilitates health and healing.

　　Working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with many opportunities for learning and career growth with comprehensive orientation to meet individual needs.

　　Working 36 hours per week, 12 hour shifts, rotating days/nights and every 3rd weekend

　　To qualify, you must have:

　　A Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing.

　　A minimum of 1 year of inpatient acute RN experience; 2 years strongly preferred.

　　Pediatric or surgical experience strongly preferred.
