　　Job Summary and Qualifications

　　We are seeking a dynamic ICU RN to join our team. You would be part of a phenomenal team that works hard to support each other while providing excellent care to our patients in a collaborative manner. You will care for our sickest patients, which may include patients on ventilators and various drips.

　　What will you will do in this role:

　　Serve as the patient and family advocate, protecting privacy and confidentiality

　　Instruct patients and families regarding medications and treatment instructions

　　Provide high focus care with a commitment to continuous improvement

　　Job Requirements:

　　Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Florida or able to obtain licensure prior to start is required

　　Associate Degree; BSN is preferred

　　1-3 years’ experience as RN in acute care environment is preferred

　　Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date

　　Advanced Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 90 days of employment start date

　　CCRN preferred
