Performs assessments, planning, intervention and evaluation ofcare Administers prescribed medications and treatments in accordancewith approved nursing techniques, policies and procedures, standards ofcare, and state laws/practice act as required by care setting. Ensuresall documentation is accurate and comprehensive in accordance with theestablished standards of care for documentation at the system and entitylevels. Develops initiates and executes a patient plan of care accordingto the patient\'s individualized needs, as prescribed by the physicianand/or hospital policy. Utilizes resources available to teach andsupport patient and family education. Provides education to theappropriate level of understanding.
