　　Job Summary and Qualifications

　　We are seeking a Registered Nurse Dialysis for our facility to ensure that we continue to provide all patients with high quality, efficient care. 　　What you will do in this role:

　　You will coordinate with nursing care for the patient and participate in patient/family education.

　　You will work collaboratively with ancillary staff and other patient care personnel in maintaining standards of professional nursing practice in the clinical setting.

　　You will participate in performance improvement activities to improve patient safety and quality of care.

　　You will maintain cultural and diversity awareness when dealing with patients, visitors, co-workers and other customers.

　　You will promote a supportive, team-work oriented environment.

　　You will fulfill departmental responsibilities consistent with the long-range plan, mission, vision and values of HCA Houston Healthcare.

　　What qualification you will need:

　　Current RN license in the state of Texas or multi-state Compact License (Employees with RN compact license are required to obtain TX RN license within 90 days of hire.)

　　Minimum of 1-year RN experience in a Dialysis setting required.

　　Ability to operate at various facilities.

　　Current BLS issued by the American Heart Association Healthcare Provider.

　　Or Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.

　　Registered Nurse.

　　Graduate of an Accredited School of Nursing.
