　　Responsible for managing all aspects of the Nurse Residency program and maintaining the ANCC Certification for Transition to Practice.Responsible for the Medical Assistant Development program and the continuation of partnerships with other LPNT remote sites.Serves as a resource person to staff and management.Participates in performance improvement activities as needed.Minimum Qualifications:

　　Associate’s degree isrequired. Graduate of a School of Nursing program.
