　　Earn $40/hour with the selection of the Enhanced Pay Option.

　　The NCM is a professional nursing position within the medical department at Merakey.The NCM has the responsibility and accountability for the overall coordination of the medical portion of the plan of care and services for a designated caseload of residents.Utilization of a collaborative approach by the NCM with all members of the health care team will ensure the plan implementation.NCMs will function as the nursing liaison across disciplines within the Merakey system, with family members/caregivers and with community based health care providers/agencies to ensure medical and nursing care is appropriate and timely.The NCM will demonstrate leadership abilities, effective communication skills, keen assessment skills, flexibility, initiative, the ability to anticipate and pre-plan to manage time effectively.Additionally the NCM will be knowledgeable of the care necessary for persons with intellectual developmental disabilities and those with dual diagnosis.

　　The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:This position requires a Registered Nurse.A minimum of one (1) year current nursing experience is preferred.A current Pennsylvania License and a genuine interest in working with individuals with physical and developmental disabilities.In addition, a current and valid Pennsylvania driver's license and reliable transportation may be required.
