Our 90-bedroom home is situated in the peaceful town of Braintree, surrounded by the picturesque scenery of Essex. Through personalised care, we strive to make every resident's stay as enjoyable and fulfilling as possible.

　　We believe in empowering our residents and promoting their self-worth, independence, and mobility at St Mary's Court. The well-kept grounds, accessible landscaped gardens, and variety of quiet spaces make it an excellent choice for elderly adults who require additional support. Our residents may even spot one of our friendly peacocks that live on the grounds.

　　We are looking for Registered Nurses with a valid NMC pin number to share our mission:

　　What does the role involve?

　　Achieve a high standard of care.

　　Leading the care team to deliver outcomes for the people that we support

　　Maintain effective communications, both verbal and written, making accurate reports on residents and inform other members of the senior care team of day to day changes.

　　Wound management

　　Ensure that care procedures are carried out according to policy.

　　Be responsible for the ordering, administration and recording of medicines according to policy and statutory requirements.

　　Provide appropriate personal care for residents e.g., washing and dressing and toileting

　　Provide physical, emotional and spiritual comfort.

　　Assessment of perspective clients/residents.

　　Participate fully in the training and development of all grades of staff.

　　Assist Manager to work within agreed budgets – Mainly Deputy Manager responsibilities
