Description:
Plan, direct and provide care to residents according to the Plan of Care. Administer medications and treatments per physician orders.
Must Haves:
Active Pennsylvania Registered Nurse licensure required
Active CPR preferred
One-year experience working in Geriatric or Long-Term Care setting preferred
Ability to assess and effectively communicate with residents
Skills:
Patient care, Medical, long-term care
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
Perform resident assessments.
Participate in daily resident rounding.
Provide supervision to nursing team members.
Assist with insertion and maintaining of IV therapies for residents.

Intermediate Level
