Job Description

We are looking for high caliber professional to join our Hong Kong Business in Building Engineering. To be successful in the role, you will be required to:

Demonstrate design and project management for geotechnical works on building projects.

Lead a team to complete designs in timely manner or/and carry out RGE/RGE-T5 TCP supervision.

Dealing with Geotechnical Engineering Office, Buildings Department, Housing Authority and Architectural Services Department.

Undertake and project-manage Geotechnical/Structural/Civil engineering schemes from feasibility through to detailed design.

Be a client liaison involved in the production of tenders, including quality documentation and costings.

Have knowledge in the use of geotechnical/structural software.

Be creative and understand the architectural and client drivers.

Part Time applicants will also be considered.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

RGE and/or RPE(G). Candidate with lesser experience or qualification will be considered for Geotechnical Professional Engineer post.

Proven design and project management experience delivering to quality, time and budget

Previous exposure with clients of both private and public sectors, together with major contractors

Good understanding of local authorities’ procedures and requirements

Good personal effectiveness and time management

Overseas project experience would also be an advantage

Experience in BIM (Revit) is an advantage

Fluency in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin required.
