Regional Systems Integration Coordinator -- Hybrid, Seattle* *

[POSITION PURPOSE:]{.underline}
The Regional Systems Integration (RSI) Coordinator is responsible for supporting the RSI Team in working with diverse internal and external stakeholders to plan, organize, and coordinate complex programs/services activities to support Integrated Managed Care (IMC) across the regions. This position also serves as a point of contact for community stakeholders inquiring about CHPW's resources for providers and members. The RSI Coordinator furthers assists the RSI Team in developing, implementing, and evaluating processes to achieve optimum outcomes.
[PRINCIPAL DUTIES:]{.underline}
Ensure RSI Team compliance with Apple Health Contract and accreditation standards.Assist in preparation for internal and external monitoring activities and audits.Contribute to provider and community education on CHPW's integrated managed care program.Plan and coordinate trainings for providers and cross-system partners.Distribute timely information to increase providers' knowledge about CHPW and community resources.Coordinate with other units to ensure compliance with State and NCQA accreditation requirements.Assist RSI Team in compliance with organizational policies and regulations.Identify opportunities for process improvement to enhance workflow efficiency.Support planning, coordination, and implementation of BH Access Survey.Track regional services/programs changes to ensure network adequacy requirements.Prepare for internal and community meetings.Manage records related to programs and services activities, including contracts, deliverables, and MOUs.Acts as an RSI internal liaison to other departments and/or sub-division units for appropriate projects linkage and support.Other duties as assigned.
