  Regional Sales Manager – Semiconductor Automated Test Equipment

  We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Sales Manager to join our team and drive the sales of Semiconductor Automated Test Equipment within the specified region. As a key member of the sales team, the successful candidate will play a crucial role in expanding Teradyne's market presence and achieving revenue targets.

  Responsibilities:

  Sales Strategy and Planning:

  + + Develop and execute a comprehensive regional sales strategy to achieve and exceed sales targets for Semiconductor Automated Test Equipment.

  Collaborate with the global sales team and management to align regional goals with overall corporate objectives.

  Market Analysis:

  Conduct thorough market research to identify potential customers, industry trends, and competitive landscapes. Provide regular updates on market dynamics, customer needs, and competitive intelligence to inform business strategy.

  Relationship Management:

  Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key customers, strategic partners, and industry influencers. Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and technical support, to ensure customer satisfaction and address any issues proactively.

  Sales Presentations and Demonstrations:

  Deliver compelling product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients, showcasing the features and benefits of Teradyne's Semiconductor Automated Test Equipment. Tailor presentations to address specific customer needs and challenges.

  Pipeline Management:

  Build and manage a robust sales pipeline, tracking opportunities through the entire sales cycle. Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts, reporting, and analysis to management.

  Training and Development:

  Stay abreast of industry trends, product developments, and competitor offerings. Continuously update product knowledge and provide training to internal teams and customers.

  Qualifications:

  Proven track record of success in B2B sales, particularly in selling capital automated test equipment or related technology solutions.

  Strong understanding of the semiconductor and electronics manufacturing industry.

  Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  Ability to travel within the assigned region as needed.

  Education:

  Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field OR equivalent experience.

  Master's degree is a plus.
