We are looking for an authentic and experienced Regional Sales Director (front line leader) for the South Ohio - Kentucky Region. They will be a key member of the Commercial organization and will serve on the US Sales Leadership Team. This role will collaborate closely with internal partners to hire, train, and develop the most respected and high performing Sales Team in the industry. He/she will be responsible for shaping the sales strategy for the South Ohio - Kentucky Region, as a derivative of the national strategy, and leading sales execution to ensure US success and overall market growth . Some of the major metropolitan areas of this region are: Columbus (OH), Cincinnati, Lexington, and Louisville.ResponsibilitiesAdditional representative responsibilities will include, but not necessarily be limited to, the following:* Develop, lead, and execute a sales plan with specific goals and targets to maximize sales growth in the current rare disease market.
