  As a Regional Quality and Safety Program Manager, you will oversee and coordinate different related projects to ensure they benefit one another and meet business goals. This is a mission critical role for improving the quality of care provided to 4.5 million Floridians the Cleveland Clinic Florida Health System serves. You will get the opportunity to work at the crossroads of quality and medical operations and executive strategy. This position supports Florida Regional Quality and Safety leaders. You will get the chance to work on projects that help improve Safety, Quality, Patient Experience, and Florida Market.

  The Future Caregiver is someone who:

  Has High-level management and leadership skills.

  Has Project Management training, Lean Six Sigma or equivalent or experience in project management.

  Has experience with Microsoft Office and PowerPoint and Excel to develop pivot tables, control charts and database graphics for executive leader presentations including hospital, institutes and boards of directors and trustees.

  Can come along side all Florida Regional Executive leaders, Hospital VP/CMO's, Institute Chiefs and Chairs and coordinate collaborative workgroups to drive results around SQPE (Safety, Quality & Patient Experience) OKR goals.

  Responsibilities:

  Manages, develops, implements, and maintains operational systems and activities.

  Acts as a liaison with all levels of the organization and outside community.

  Manages multiple priorities and projects with competing deadlines.

  Serves as a coach and mentor for other positions in the department.

  Reviews and monitors adherence to Human Resources policies and corporate compliance procedures.

  Assists with the budgetary process.

  Other duties as assigned.

  Education:

  Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration or related field.

  Master's degree preferred.

  Certifications :

  May be required for specific positions as per policy or regulation.Complexity of Work:

  Requires demonstrated team, leadership, organizational, financial management and problem solving skills.

  Strong presentation, communication and training skills required for most positions.

  Work Experience:

  A minimum of five years of related experience; health care setting preferred.

  Master's Degree may substitute for one year of experience.

  Knowledge of statistical and financial analysis, primary research and business plan development.

  Demonstrated team, leadership, organizational and problem solving abilities.

  Personal Protective Equipment:

  Follows Standard Precautions using personal protective equipment as required for procedures.Pay Range

  Minimum hourly: $33.46

  Maximum hourly: $51.03

  The pay range displayed on this job posting reflects the anticipated range for new hires. While the pay range is displayed as an hourly rate, Cleveland Clinic recruiters will clarify whether the compensation is hourly or salary. A successful candidate's actual compensation will be determined after taking factors into consideration such as the candidate's work history, experience, skill set, and education. This is not inclusive of the value of Cleveland Clinic's benefits package, which includes among other benefits, healthcare/dental/vision and retirement.
