  With more than 25 years of experience, Champions is recognized for our leadership in delivering extended learning programs that are tailored specifically to a school's needs and that provide busy working parents with a safe, convenient program where their child's potential is fostered through engaging learning experiences.   If you're passionate about leading, mentoring and developing others to deliver on our brand's promise, the Regional Director role could be for you! Regional Directors lead all aspects of a business portfolio of Area Managers, supporting and guiding them to success. This critical leadership position drives the quality and consistency our families experience in our sites across their region to improve customer acquisition and retention. This is a multi-unit field leadership role, responsible for 75-100 sites and 5-10 Area Managers.

  As a Regional Director, you will:

  Recruit, develop, empower, and engage a hardworking team of Area Managers and teaching staffDrive consistent focus on quality and educational excellence throughout regionCultivate deep customer relationships throughout the market while making sound business decisions with children and families in mindManage a business portfolio, identify sales opportunities, and drive business decisions to improve revenue, customer retention and acquisitionBuild and maintain positive relationships with school and district leaders, community contacts, and corporate partners

  Qualifications:

  Minimum 3-5 years' experience as a successful multi-unit and multi-state leaderAbility to identify, develop, retain, and engage a team of high performersStrong eye for business, ability to drive financial results and identify sales opportunitiesExperience leading in a customer and talent focused environmentA love for children and a strong desire to make a difference every dayAbility to travel 75%
