  DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES:As a Regional Deployment Lead , and as part of the Connect PPG program, you will be responsible to drive the deployment and business readiness effort for a particular region. Under the direction of each Deployment Release Lead, you will work closely with the project PMO, the People Readiness Team, the Data Readiness Team, the Business Process Owners, to coordinate the implementation of all deployment activities in the region and ensure their timely execution according to the project plan. From that perspective, you will be the key liaison between the core team and all sites in the region.

  In that role, you will report to the Global Deployment Director.You will follow the Deployment plan and will be responsible for all associated deliverables in your region. You will coordinate activities across the regions (product deployment, learning, support, change management, communications, etc.) up to the sites level and for all SBUs affected. You will work closely to the People Readiness Team to adapt and enhance end-user documentation, including reference manuals, training materials, deployment process-related materials, presentations, support manuals, release notes, and intranet content. You will ensure each site is ready for system acceptance by working closely with the local Infrastructure Team on local hardware requirements. You will identify and assist in resolving the risks/issues of deploying a process, including understanding the complexities of technology platforms, and focusing on specifics of each site in your region.

  Key Responsibilities: * Facilitate cross-team communication, status reporting (project health, risk, issue mitigation....) * Coordinate all regional testing, cutover and site readiness activities, with the support of the People Readiness Team. * Provide guidance and support to the local teams on process execution. * Develop and manage the deployment approach for particular processes taking into consideration the dependencies, infrastructure complexity, geographical footprint, and end-user requirements in the region. * Work closely with business and technology stakeholders to form a holistic, organizational view of deploying technology solutions.

  Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in business, logistics, supply chain, engineering, or information technology. An MBA is preferred. * 5 to 8 years of validated experience in deploying complex and standardized business processes across a global organization. * Previous system implementation experience on a global scale is preferred. * Multiple years in management of large and global scale projects in an international and multi-cultural environment. * Excellent communication skills. Fluent in English, other languages are more than welcome.
