CEE Regional Facilities Manager
Responsibilities
· Demonstrate strong leadership qualities to drive the performance across this business and team where you ensure the overall performance of the contract and required deliverables including: contract compliance, performance management against KPI’s, cost savings initiatives, and customer satisfaction are met.
· Strong focus on Operational Excellence and continuous improvement.
· Responsible for the FM services in region where you ensure the successful implementation of portfolio-wide initiatives and programs including: savings program, small FM projects, HSE, incident response & escalation, playbooks, training & development, and succession planning.
· Demonstrate a strong analytical and problem solving approach applying value creation / innovation across FM services / supply chain and growth where you will work in demanding environments, managing change, multiple projects and deadlines.
· Establish effective business relationships with the customer, and interact with client personnel at all levels - and where possible be responsive to their needs in a collaborative style.
· Manage expectations of the client and project team regarding the scope of work and responsibilities. daily performance and ongoing delivery against contractual obligations
· Provide guidance and solution in respect of non-controllable costs and threshold expenditure, adhere to the contract governance schedule and ensures all monthly and quarterly reports are presented to a high quality and on time.
· Participate and contribute to the overall service and financial performance of CBRE through collaboration with other business unit leaders.
· Apply a strategic overview of procurement activities, ensuring best practice, competitive pricing, and development of strategic supplier relationships and proactive delivery of services.
· Manage the total facilities expenditure vs. budget and run variance analysis.
· Review and analyze complex financial / business reports / data and generates innovative solutions / corrective action plans and oversee the health, safety, security & environmental aspects of the delivery of facilities management ensuring statutory compliance is maintained at all time.
· Manage the total Regional FM expenditure vs. budget and run variance analysis.
· Ensure adherence to the CBRE site quality management system, ensure that Facilities activities and procedures adhere to applicable laws, policies and best practice guidelines.
· Is responsible for a dispersed team on multiple sites across region.
· Provide formal supervision to employees. Monitor the training and development of staff. Conduct performance evaluations and coaching. Oversee the recruiting and hiring of new employees.
· Coordinate and manage the team's daily activities. Establish work schedules, assign tasks, and cross-train staff. Set and track staff and department deadlines. Mentor and coach as needed.
· Prioritize open issues and tasks, working closely with both internal and client cross-functional teams.
· Serve as a point of contact for key systems and processes for projects.
· Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. Influence parties of shared interests to reach an agreement.
· Apply knowledge of own discipline and how own discipline integrates with others to achieve team and departmental objectives.
· Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve day-to-day and moderately complex issues which may or may not be evident in existing systems and processes.
Requirements
· Bachelor’s Degree in Facilities Management, Real Estate or related with 3-5 years of relevant experience.
· Proficient in English languages for written/verbal communications, in both technical and business settings, when communicating with clients and internal colleagues in the EMEA region and globally.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Strong organizational and analytical skills. Ability to effectively and clearly present information from written reports and findings.
· Ability to develop business pitch proposal, consultancy reports, manuals, speeches, and/or articles using distinctive and professional style.
· Experience to acquire data as required from market channels and conduct data analysis to prove business case, proficiency on Microsoft software including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
· Requires in-depth knowledge of financial terms and principles. Ability to calculate intermediate figures such as percentages, Return on Investments, cash flow proformas.
· Thinks strategically - ability to bring together seemingly disparate ideas, areas, products, etc. to create new solutions
· Ability to create international team spirit and to enhance inclusion & diversity
· Demonstrates an ability to lead a team and encourage their growth. Ability to lead in a matrix led organization is also preferable.
· Ability to solve advanced problems and deal with a variety of options in complex situations
· Requires expert level analytical and quantitative skills with proven experience in developing strategic solutions for a growing matrix-based multi-industry sales environment
· Draws upon the analysis of others and makes recommendations that have a direct impact on the company.
