Description

　　The Regional Surgery Center Administrator is responsible for the oversight and leadership of the operation of the Tucson Surgery Center and Tucson Endoscopy in Tucson, AZ.

　　The Administrator will be responsible for the direction and coordination of all aspects of Tucson Surgery Center and Tucson Endoscopy Center including development and implementation of goals and objectives, physician relations, marketing, staffing, contracting, quality improvement, compliance and operations including budgetary and financial responsibilities.

　　Responsible for marketing for facility, compliance/confidentiality/quality improvement, Risk and Quality Management, Human Resources functions like hiring, coaching, employee development and disciplinary actions. The Regional Administrator is also responsible for building and maintaining medical staff relationships and for both direct and contracted for services.

　　Education

　　Required: Bachelor's Degree in Health Administration, Business Administration Management, or related program

　　Preferred: Master's Degree

　　Experience

　　Required: Five years minimum experience in management/administration in an ambulatory surgery or hospital setting. Demonstrated experience with ambulatory surgery issues.
