Description:

　　Candidates will be responsible for but not limited to the following duties:

　　Maintenance / repair of Ammonia, HVAC systems, and Facility.

　　Associated equipment includes: chillers, boilers, condensers, water towers, evaporators, heat exchangers, compressors, cooling systems, etc...

　　Perform preventative maintenance schedule

　　Record data such as temperatures of equipment, hours of operation, pressure, and water levels for tracking system.

　　Use SAP system to complete PM's around the plant

　　They have space to hire 1 Tech Level 1 and 2 Tech Level 2 (OR 3 Tech Level 3)

　　Tech Level 1: Entry level

　　$27/hr

　　Mechanically inclined and great attitude/work ethic

　　Will start with facility maintenance and train to level up into a Refrigeration Tech

　　Skills:

　　Maintenance Technician, machine repair, Maintenance mechanic, Hvac, Repair, Mechanical, Building maintenance, Facilities maintenance, Plumbing, Preventive maintenance, Troubleshooting, Boiler, Refrigeration

　　Additional Skills & Qualifications:

　　Must Haves:

　　2 years of HVAC or Ammonia exp

　　Universal / HVAC certification

　　FDA or GMP exp.

　　Enjoy mechanics and getting hands dirty

　　Nice to Haves:

　　SAP experience

　　Exposure to continuous improvement processes

　　1st Day Responsibilities:

　　Will go through orientation covering training, safety guidelines, attendance policies and expectations

　　Disqualifications:

　　Apartment maintenance

　　No certification

　　No electrical experience

　　Experience Level:

　　Intermediate Level
