　　Dal-Tile is currently seeking a Manufacturing Machine Operator to joinour MFG TEAM! As the Manufacturing Machine Operator, we need someone tooperate production equipment, monitor production parameters and makedecisions on when to adjust the process.

　　Primary Objective

　　Operates production equipment, monitors production parameters,inspects or tests product for conformance to specifications, recordsdata, and makes decisions on when to adjust the process or contactsupervision for guidance.

　　Major Function and Scope

　　Operates motor vehicles, other vehicles, equipment, machinery, or powertools as assigned.

　　Repairs, maintains, and/or monitors the performance and/or operation ofequipment, machinery, and /or manufacturing process as assigned toinsure proper function and prevent disruption.

　　Operates production equipment according to standard operatingprocedures.

　　May function as a sorter, box assembler, or relief operator for thekiln or automatic sorting equipment.

　　Conducts tests or inspections as required on the control plan andaccording to test methods.

　　Performs additional job tasks as documented in the job task checksheet.

　　May stop production equipment when a safety, quality, or mechanicalproblem prevents equipment use or conformance to product requirements.

　　Follows ISO operating procedures and maintains quality checks asspecified.

　　Monitors equipment or processes and reports problems to supervisor.

　　Keeps area safe, clean, and organized.

　　Performs other related duties as required.

　　Experience and Knowledge Required

　　High school diploma or equivalent experience.

　　1 year Manufacturing experience preferred.

　　Competencies

　　Routinely working at a height that requires fall protection. Good oralcommunications skills. Good listening skills. Ability to understand andspeak basic English
