　　Basic Job Functions:

　　The Scale Administrator\'s responsibilities include, but are not limitedto, overseeing and control the inbound and outbound traffic, effectivelytracking all personnel coming onto the site and leaving the site. Thisincludes ensuring all visitors have signed gate agreements andcontractors have watched all necessary safety videos. The ScaleAdministrator will work closely with the shipping department and salesdepartment to assist with truck scheduling and coordination. Safety isthe most important part of all jobs within Nucor; therefore, candidatesmust be able to demonstrate the ability to initiate, lead, and upholdsafety policies, practices, procedures, and housekeeping standards atall times.

　　Previous scale house experience or equivalent experience requiredAbility to work nights, weekends, holidays, and overtimeBasic computer skills ex. Microsoft OfficeHigh school diploma or equivalentPreferred Qualifications:
