  Nous recherchons un recruteur principal bilingue pour rejoindre Nexelis, une entreprise de Q2 Solutions, à Laval, Quebec, Canada.

  Ce que vous ferez:

  Travailler avec les principales parties prenantes et les responsables du recrutement au sein de Nexelis pour trouver, sélectionner et embaucher des candidats qualifiés pour pourvoir des postes en utilisant des techniques rentables conformément aux politiques, procédures et processus de l’entreprise.

  Examiner les candidatures et effectuer des entretiens téléphoniques pour obtenir des informations sur l’historique professionnel, l’éducation, la formation, les compétences professionnelles et les exigences salariales d’un candidat.

  Comprendre et atteindre les objectifs de mesure du recrutement tout en ajustant la stratégie pour répondre aux attentes / objectifs de l’entreprise.

  Aider à gérer les projets liés à la législation canadienne et québécoise dans le processus de recrutement au sein des RH et dans l’ensemble de l’entreprise, des systèmes, des pratiques, des procédures et de la conformité des RH.

  Voici ce que nous recherchons:

  Baccalauréat préféré et au moins 3 ans d’expérience en recrutement dans un environnement d’agence ou interne ou une combinaison équivalente d’éducation, de formation et d’expérience.

  Maîtrise de l’anglais et du français requise.

  Recrutement dans l’industrie des sciences de la vie requis (environnement de laboratoire préféré).

  Connaissance approfondie de la législation canadienne et des lois québécoises en matière de recrutement.

  Les connaissances, compétences et capacités requises pour ce rôle sont les suivantes:

  Grande attention aux détails avec la capacité de gérer plusieurs tâches, de hiérarchiser et de planifier des activités de routine.

  Excellentes compétences en résolution de problèmes, jugement et prise de décision.

  Solides compétences en influence: capacité à coacher et à conseiller les responsables du recrutement.

  Expérience de travail avec des systèmes ATS et CRM.

  We are seeking a bilingual Senior Recruiter to join Nexelis, a Q2 Solutions company, in Laval, Quebec, Canada.

  What you will be doing:

  Working with key stakeholders and hiring managers within Nexelis to source, select and hire qualified candidates to fill positions using cost-effective techniques in accordance with company policies, procedures, and processes.

  Reviewing applications and conducting phone screens to obtain information regarding an applicant's work history, education, training, job skills, and salary requirements.

  Understanding of and ability to achieve recruitment metric targets, while adjusting strategy to meet business expectations / objectives.

  Assisting with managing projects related to Canada and Quebec legislation in the recruitment process within HR and across the business, HR systems, practices, procedures, and compliance.

  What we are looking for:

  Bachelor’s degree preferred and minimum 3 years of experience recruiting within agency or inhouse environment or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.

  Fluency in both English and French required.

  Recruiting within life sciences industry required (Lab environment preferred).

  Extensive knowledge of Canada legislation and Quebec Laws as they relate to recruitment.

  The Knowledge, Skills and Abilities needed for this role:

  Strong attention to detail with the ability to multi-task, prioritize and plan routine activities.

  Excellent problem solving, judgment and decision-making skills.

  Strong influencing skills: ability to coach and counsel hiring managers.

  Experience working with ATS and CRM systems.
