Description
Robert Half has teamed up with a growing client on their search for a Recruiting Manager with full-cycle recruiting experience. In this Recruiting Manager role, the candidate will source, interview, and hire top quality candidates, assist with information technology, manage recruiting team, develop the company’s talent acquisition strategy, conduct performance evaluations, and take steps to improve the company’s brand. In this role, you must have sales recruiting experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to utilize numerous interview techniques and assessment methods.
Primary Responsibilities
· Full Cycle Recruiting
· Develop long-term recruiting strategies
· Source candidates using social platforms
· Build a promising pipeline of candidates
· Prescreen and interview candidates
· Create job descriptions/postings
· Assist with budgeting
· Draft and issue offer letters
· Maintain ongoing candidate pipeline
· Provide process improvements
· Organize and attend recruitment events
· Assist with human resource projects as needed
Requirements
The ideal Recruiting Manager will have a Bachelors degree in Accounting/Finance/Business Administration.
Other requirements for the Recruiting Manager role include and are not limited to:
· 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
· Experience with recruitment processes & databases
