The Recovery Support Professional I will have the primary responsibility of supporting clients in their residential treatment in a therapeutic capacity. This includes documenting of peer-led meetings and ongoing client safety checks.
QUALIFICATIONSHigh School diploma or equivalent required. Previous experience with recovering persons preferred. Previous experience with an electronic health record preferred. Ability to communicate in Spanish and/or Portuguese preferred. Must have organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.
*Valid Drivers license required with ability to transport others using company vehicles.
**Physical Requirements: Prolonged periods of time sitting at a desk, using the phone, and working on a computer. Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds at times.

Maintains appropriate clinical records and reports according to established timelines.Assists in the connection to needed resources including entitlements and other supports necessary for recovery including Community Supports.Conducts rounds consistently to ensure client and environmental safety.Any additional responsibilities assigned by the Supervisor.
