Description

　　Robert Half is searching for a Reconciliations Clerk for a temp-to-hire opportunity for a local energy company. This is a long-term contract / temporary to hire position located in the Beaverton, Oregon area. 　　Your responsibilities in this role will include:

　　Processing rebate checks for incentive reimbursements

　　Performing regular reconciliations of rebate and incentive accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness

　　Processing and verifying payments for accuracy

　　Tracking aging reports

　　Tracking customer complaint issues

　　Approving wire transfers

　　Collaborating with team members across multiple departments

　　Identify opportunities to streamline rebate and incentive processes for efficiency and accuracy

　　Requirements

　　Data entry, document management, file creation and previous records experience required

　　Experience with Salesforce Administration

　　Demonstrated knowledge of Reimbursements

　　General familiarity with wire transfers

　　Practical knowledge of Aging Reports

　　Bank Account Reconciliation experience preferred

　　Microsoft Excel experience preferred

　　Solid attention to detail

　　Strong team-player while having the ability to work independently

　　Be able to prioritize workload and perform in a fast-paced environment

　　AA or BS/BA in Accounting or Finance or related field preferred
