POSITION:Receptionist/Office - Head Start
DUTIES:Answer telephones, greet parents and children, filing, copy work,track correspondence in/out, input data into data collection system,assist in overall operation of the Head Start Program.
REQUIREMENTS:High School Diploma/GED
OTHER REQUIREMENTS:Background Check will be required
PREFERRED SKILLS:Pleasant and positive attitude, ability to work in a fast paced office,computer skills utilizing Microsoft products, ability to operate a copymachine, fax machine and multi-line phone system. Good communication skillsand detail-oriented.
WAGE: $15.00/hr
SHIFTS: 40 per week - 7a-5p Mon-Thurs
