　　POSITION MISSION

　　La figura ricercata agirà da primo punto di contatto verso i clienti/fornitori/partners nella sede centrale di Assa Abloy Italia S.p.A. Contestualmente avrà la responsabilità del travel management e la supervisione di tutte le attività legate alla gestione del building.

　　MAIN RESPONSABILITIES AND ACTIVITIES

　　• Accogliere clienti, fornitori e partners per incontri in presenza organizzati in sede.

　　• Raccogliere posta in entrata e facilitarne la distribuzione in uscita.

　　• Rispondere alle chiamate esterne reindirizzandole verso i riferenti aziendali interni.

　　• Garantire la piena operatività delle sale riunioni con servizi accessori.

　　• Supportare il management aziendale nella gestione logistica dei meetings interni.

　　• Gestire le prenotazioni dei viaggi per i colleghi in trasferta (hotel, voli aerei, treni ecc..).

　　• Essere il punto di riferimento per ogni esigenza legata alla gestione del building.

　　• Supportare la gestione del parco auto aziendale.

　　• Attività varie di segreteria interna

　　QUALIFICATIONS/KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED/TECHNICAL SKILLS

　　• Ottime doti relazionali e comunicative (in forma sia scritta che verbale), preferibilmente sviluppate in contesti mediamente strutturati

　　• Solide capacità organizzative

　　• Forte spirito di iniziativa

　　• Disponibilità al lavoro in sede 5 giorni a settimana

　　• Buona conoscenza dei prodotti Microsoft Office e Outlook
