About Receptionist - Customer Service- Optical Office

　　Pearle Vision Seeking an enthusiastic associate to work at our fast paced, customer service-centered location.  Must be organized, self-motivated, energetic, excellent communication skills and possess good attention to detail * Positive interactions with patients * Greet patients immediately and with enthusiasm * Answer phones using appropriate script * Schedule & confirm appointments * Check insurance benefits * Guide patients to appropriate areas * Enter information in POS system * Assist patients with eyewear adjustments * Assist patients with eyewear selection  * Eyewear sales Experience not necessary Will train the right individual.   Will accept full and part time applicants.  Health / dental benefits Incentives Employee discounts Paid time off 401K Opportunity to earn valuable customer service and health care industry skills
