An established nonprofit organization in Baltimore is seeking a personable and polished professional to provide Reception coverage. The primary duties in this position include handling all phone and email correspondence, transferring calls when necessary, ensuring they are pushing the buzzer to let people into the office, coordinating schedules and ensuring the staff is signing in and out of the office when needed. Requirements • Possess skills in answering multi-line phone systems.

• Demonstrate strong customer service abilities.

• Capable of performing data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.

• Proficient in email correspondence.

• Must possess strong interpersonal skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft Word.

• Capable of organizing files systematically and efficiently.

• Ability to schedule appointments effectively.
