Description We are in search of a Receptionist to join our team in South Pittsburg, Tennessee. This role primarily involves providing administrative support, interacting with customers, and ensuring smooth office operations. The individual will be a part of our corporate accounting team, helping with various office tasks in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

• Scanning and filing invoices to maintain an organized record of transactions

• Accurate data entry to ensure all information is up-to-date and accessible

• Providing general administrative support such as scheduling, correspondence, and office supplies management

• Assisting with special projects as directed by the team

• Utilizing professional communication and customer service skills to interact with customers and resolve any issues

• Using basic office skills to complete daily tasks efficiently and effectively

• Adapting to changes in the work environment and dealing with a variety of personalities

• Implementing strong critical thinking skills to solve problems and make decisions

• Ensuring accuracy in all work to maintain high standards of performance. Requirements • Proficiency in professionally answering and directing phone calls

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service

• Basic office skills including filing, scheduling, and knowledge of office equipment

• Familiarity with office software such as Microsoft Office Suite

• Ability to maintain a neat and organized reception area

• Strong multitasking and organizational skills

• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic

• Experience in a similar role preferred but not required.
