Description Bilingual in English and Spanish

　　Answer all incoming calls, transfer or direct to the correct party accordingly;

　　Greet guests when they arrive and offer them a water, soda or coffee;

　　Check conference rooms to be sure they are clean, organized and that all equipment is up and operational;

　　Prepare conference rooms for business lunches when requested;

　　Coordinate conference room scheduling;

　　Maintain postage meter with adequate postage, ink and install updates;

　　Maintain Lease Audits for all new leases;

　　Enter new tenant contact information into the Master Contact sheet/ Building Engines;

　　Track and renew Certificates of Insurance (COI’s) for all tenants on the managed portfolio;

　　Ensure that any materials required for a specific job are attached to the applicable work order. When work orders are closed, audit for accuracy and spelling. Requirements Spanish Language, Administrative Assistance, Receptionist Duties
