Job Title: Receptionist

　　Full-Time position - 40 hours per week

　　Salary: $18 per hour based on experience

　　Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:30 am-5:00 pm

　　Leisure World of Maryland Corporation located in Silver Spring, Maryland, is a private, age-restricted community comprised of 29 community associations and 8,000 residents. We are seeking a full-time Receptionist (40 hours per week) to provide secretarial and administrative support in the daily operational function of one of our high-rise condominiums on its campus. Working cooperatively with the Property Manager and Administrative Assistant, this position requires the Receptionist to:

　　Greet/assist with visitors, residents, and contractors entering the Management Office.Answer phone calls and take thorough messages and relaying prompt messages to staff.Type memos, correspondence, reports, and other documents as requested.Walk multiple buildings to post and/or deliver documents.Program/reprogram key fobs, garage openers, Robocalls, and phone numbers.File, copy, scan, upload, and fax documents.The ideal candidatewill have:

　　A high school diploma or general education degree with one or more years of related experience and/or training.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, or comparable software).Ability to consistently provide a high leave of accurate work delivered in a timely manner.Ability to identify and respond to customer needs in a courteous, patient, and compassionate manner.Ability to communicate clearly and concisely in writing.We can offer you a challenging and rewarding environment with many opportunities to learn, grow and achieve great results.
