　　We currently have an opportunity for a Receptionist . The selected employee will answer the main switchboard, greet visitors, and provide clerical support in accordance with the practices, policies and procedures of the Company.

　　Responsibilities:

　　Operate switchboard handling incoming calls and forward as appropriate

　　Greet visitors and inform employees of the visitorsarrival.

　　Process letters, reports, and correspondence for management.

　　Process incoming and outgoing mail.

　　Prepare message slips when necessary.

　　May assist in sorting mail.

　　May assist in distributing faxes from advantage fax server via email.

　　Other responsibilities as assigned by Manager.

　　Qualifications:

　　•Pleasant telephone manner.

　　•Experience with Microsoft Office products.

　　•Excellent organizational, interpersonal, communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.

　　Department Office Administration & Clerical

　　Required Experience: 1-2 years of relevant experience

　　Required Travel: No Travel Required

　　Required Education: High school or equivalent
