Overview Responsible for leading group activities; plans and assists in preparation of programs; provides individual attention and room visits to those unable to attend; leads small sensory, reality orientation and reminiscent groups; reports progress and changes to the Director; reads all documentation regarding changes in resident condition; assists in record keeping, staffing needs, ordering supplies and communication and maintains calendars. Job Details High School diploma or equivalent required. 2 years of college level recreation study in a related field required. Crafts and music skills preferred. 2 years experience in a long term care facility required Salary Range USD $20.60 - USD $20.60 /Hr. The rate for this position is $20.60 per hour.
