Summary About the Position: Assists Realty Specialists with day-to-day real estate activities for the management, disposal, and/or acquisition of real property. *Management may select from either the GS-05, GS-06 or GS-07 grade level. GS-05 Minimum Qualifications: One year of specialized experience which includes utilizing various computer systems to access, input, track and maintain information; preparing various forms, correspondence, memorandums, and reports following guides and regulations. OR Education: Four years (minimum of 120 semester hours) of education above the high school level obtained at an accredited business, secretarial or technical school, junior college, college or university. OR Combination of Education and Experience: A combination of education and experience may be used to qualify for this position as long as the computed percentage of the requirements is at least 100%.
