With the launch of our residential home building company, Seymour Pacific Homes, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced real estate sales and marketing agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate sales and marketing, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.
Responsibilities
Provide information and answer questions about properties for sale
Respond to emails, calls, and enquiries in a timely manner
Conduct townhouse showings and final walk throughs
Conduct evening and weekend showings as required
Meet or exceed sales targets
Build and maintain relationships with clients
Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote properties.
Attend networking events to generate leads
Develop local community connections to promote the property
Develop and Maintain lead list and data base
Identify marketing opportunities.
Requirements
Minimum of 2 years of experience in real estate sales and marketing
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong organizational and time management skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Sales and Marketing background
