Description We are in search of a Real Estate Paralegal to join our team in PITTSBURGH, Pennsylvania. In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks related to real estate law. This position offers a long term contract employment opportunity within the legal industry.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee legal matters related to real estate

• Utilize Aderant, Adobe Acrobat, and Automated City Register Information System (ACRIS) for case management

• Apply your law firm experience to handle defense cases effectively

• Perform briefing and calendar management to ensure smooth case progression

• Administer claims and communicate effectively with all parties involved

• Use CompuLaw for efficient case tracking and management

• Handle billing functions with accuracy and attention to detail

• Maintain and update case records as necessary. Requirements • Proven experience as a Real Estate Paralegal

• Proficiency in Aderant software

• Proficiency in Adobe Acrobat

• Familiarity with Automated City Register Information System (ACRIS)

• Knowledge of Case Management Software

• Experience with CompuLaw

• Capable of handling Billing Functions

• Demonstrable skills in Briefing

• Proficiency in Calendar Management

• Experience in Claim Administration

• Excellent Communication skills
