Overview of Position: The Real Estate division of Windham Mountain Club provides maintenance and snow plowing, as well as road, water, and sewer line maintenance to WMO and Village East. Real Estate Laborer is responsible for completing assigned tasks and projects that support the Manager in providing these WMO/Village East services.

　　Duties and Responsibilities: The list below best represents many tasks you will be asked to perform at some time during your employment here at Windham Mountain Club. Additional duties and projects may be assigned as necessary.

　　Real Estate Laborer:

　　Complete tasks as assigned including, but not limited to:

　　shoveling, raking and sweeping

　　cutting wood

　　cleaning up leaves

　　cutting grass (using riding and push mowers)

　　edging and weed eating

　　Snow Plowing:

　　Responsible for snow plowing, spreading of ice melt product and maintaining the roads and driveways of our properties during the winter season.Job Qualifications:

　　Must possess a valid driver’s license and a driving record with no violations of concern.

　　Must agree to a background check with no violations of concern.

　　Must be comfortable interacting with homeowners in a friendly and helpful manner.

　　Able to complete directions thoroughly and accurately.

　　Must be flexible, willing to learn and adapt to changes.

　　Able to regularly lift up to 50 pounds and remain standing for an entire work shift.
