The Real Estate Global Strategic Programs Specialist is part of a wider Global Real Estate (RE) organization. The role reports into the Global Strategic Programs Manager. The Real Estate Global Strategic Programs Specialist is responsible for supporting the delivery of Real Estate strategic projects and programs.

　　Key responsibilities include:

　　Perform project management activities and support communications including team calls, agendas and materials

　　Support the development of executive level presentations and materials

　　Manage data and other inputs related to real estate strategic projects and programs

　　Collaborate with colleagues across Real Estate as well as other teams and organizations to ensure appropriate Real Estate Solutions are identified, designed, and built to enable the business to deliver on the business strategy

　　Must have:

　　Graduate of Bachelor's Degree

　　5+ years of business and/or workplace/real estate strategy experience

　　Experience with real estate data, strategy and programs

　　Strong PowerPoint, Excel skills

　　Strong presentation creation skills

　　Experience working with data related to initiatives and/or executive presentations

　　Excellent communication, organization time management and problem-solving skills

　　Strong multi-tasking skills with the ability to manage multiple projects

　　Strong ability to function as a Team Player and maintain a good working relationship, yet think and act independently with professionalism, discretion and confidentiality

　　Attention to detail and willingness to flex based on business priorities
