Description

　　Robert Half's Legal Practice in the Twin Cities is partnering with a well-established and dynamic Minneapolis, MN based law firm in search of a Real Estate Attorney.

　　If you have a strong background in real estate law, including experience in commercial transactions, leasing, land use and zoning, and title matters, this could be a great fit. You will play a crucial role in advising clients, negotiating agreements, and handling a diverse range of real estate legal matters.

　　Responsibilities:

　　Conduct legal research and analysis related to real estate transactions.

　　Draft, review, and negotiate real estate documents, including purchase agreements, leases, and financing agreements.

　　Provide legal advice to clients on matters such as property development, land use regulations, and zoning issues.

　　Conduct due diligence and title examinations.

　　Represent clients in real estate transactions, negotiations, and closings.

　　Collaborate with other attorneys and support staff to ensure comprehensive and efficient legal services.

　　Stay informed about changes in real estate laws and regulations.

　　Requirements

　　Qualifications:

　　Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

　　Admission to the MN Bar and in good standing.

　　Minimum of 2 years of experience practicing real estate law.
