Your role:
Building and maintaining the project organization, determining the ways of working, and defining key interfaces.
Formulating and being accountable for the overall program/project plan, in consultation with management and other parties.
Defining projects and their goals, organizes the resources to be used (time, budget, and information) and specifies quality standards.
Defining the risk of the project/program and developing scenarios to mitigate these risks.
Ensuring proper execution vs, the project/program plan.
Deploying Process Improvement and Quality Assurance and makes the project organization efficient and transparent, in line with departmental and project processes.
Providing management and stakeholders with regular project/program performance status (Quality, Spend and Schedule), variances to plan and identification of corrective actions, reports on employees’ performance to the hierarchical superior of the employees for the purpose of appraisal and conducts evaluation at the end of the projects.
Coordinating effective communication/change management strategies for projects/programs as appropriate.
Ensuring effective transfer/archiving of the project/program results and the associated intellectual capital.
Keeping up to date with technical basics and new technology, to optimize the goals of each project and maximize the synergy between the projects.
You're the right fit if:
BS or MS in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related discipline.
15+ years of relevant working experience, including experience of owning/leading software and hardware projects from idea through implementation with evidence of business impact.
Ability to deal with ambiguity and bring group to convergence.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interface in a cross-disciplinary manner, including engineers, product managers, and clinical specialists.
Self-motivated individual with good organizational and time management skills
Familiarity with medical devices and/or working in a regulated environment.
Experience in product quality and reliability metrics, risk management, and FMEA
Familiarity with ultrasound or other medical imaging modalities
Experience with working in a cross-site environment and with suppliers
