　　The Nestlé System Technology Centre (NSTC) in Orbe is Nestlé’s leading R&D centre for the design, development and deployment of Nestlé delivery systems, offering expertise in machines, packaging and products for in-home and out-of-home.

　　As an R&D Innovation Trainee , you will be part of a scientific team. Your main objective, as part of the Accelerator project, will be to deploy a global R&D initiative in the NSTC. This platform will serve as a central hub for innovation and idea sharing within the organization.

　　A Day in the Life of an R&D Innovation Trainee

　　Drive the setup and implementation of an innovative employee platform for new systems idea submission

　　Manage and maintain the website of the platform, ensuring a user-friendly experience

　　Facilitate the creation and management of an engaging employee forum for idea exchange and collaboration

　　Organize ideas pitch sessions or presentations for finalists

　　Coordinate evaluation panels to assess ideas submissions against predefined criteria

　　Coordinate and organize meetings to foster communication and progress on innovation initiatives

　　Provide diverse support tasks to ensure the smooth functioning of the innovation team and projects

　　What will make you successful

　　Fresh graduate in a Master in Innovation, Entrepreneurship or Project Management or related fields

　　Previous experience or internships in the field would be a plus

　　Knowledge of innovation methodologies and a passion for fostering creativity

　　Able to work autonomously and demonstrate maturity in the approach to work

　　An outgoing and flexible personality, along with a hands-on attitude, is highly valued

　　Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to engage with diverse stakeholders

　　Entrepreneurship thinking, agile mindset, and team spirit are core values in your approach

　　Fluent in English and French
