　　Summary of Duties:

　　The function of the Range Community Clinic Business Director is to collaborate with the Range Community Clinic Board of Directors and Officers to provide Executive leadership over the administration, programs, and strategic plan of Range Community Clinic. The Director will be the primary liaison of Range Community Clinic with the Elson S. Floyd College of Medicine, Spokane Health Sciences and across Washington State University.

　　The scope of operations includes fundraising (via direct donor and grant/contracts funding), marketing, community outreach, and patient healthcare delivery management. Healthcare delivery oversight may include facility based, virtual/telemedicine and mobile/in-home community health programming and clinical research.

　　Duties and Responsibilities

　　15% Contract Management and Insurance Oversight

　　10% Continuous Quality Improvement and Compliance

　　Required Qualifications:

　　Positions require a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and six (6) years of progressively responsible relevant experience, which has included at least three (3) years of managerial experience. A Master's degree in a related field may be substituted for up to one (1) year of the required experience. Education and experience can be tailored to fit the specific organizational entity/directorial assignment.

　　Additional Requirements:

　　• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field. Experience may be substituted for education.

　　• Proven experience in a leadership role within a medical, healthcare, academic health system, medical practice management or other related setting.

　　• Demonstrated understanding of compliance regulations and healthcare industry standards. Familiarity with various types of insurance required by medical clinics.

　　• Experience demonstrating financial acumen and budget management skills.

　　• Demonstrated effective communication and interpersonal skills.

　　• Demonstrated experience in contract management and negotiation.

　　• Experience demonstrating strong project management skills.

　　• Possession of a valid driver's license by date of hire.

　　Preferred Qualifications:

　　• MS degree or MBA in business, operations, healthcare management, community health, other healthcare or related field.

　　• 5-years of experience in not for profit corporation executive leadership.
