　　Warranty Manager ( Rolling Stock Warranty and Maintenance Manager / Railway Equipment Warranty and Maintenance Manager ) :

　　Oversee all rolling stock warranty related activities

　　Managing warranty claims, developing, and optimizing warranty procedures, and ensuring customer satisfaction

　　Cost awareness and managing budgets

　　Collaborate with customers, engineering / manufacturing, and suppliers for product improvement matters

　　Ensure rail rolling stock fleet, infrastructure, and materials availability at external sites ( logistics, coordination )

　　Support project management and employees at external sites to ensure high availability and reliability of corporate products and services

　　Qualifications :

　　Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operation Management or other relevant field of study including engineering disciplines

　　Project Management + Managerial / Supervisory experience

　　Previous experience in a warranty or customer service management role, preferably within the railway transportation, rail infrastructure / signaling or rail rolling stock manufacturing / services

　　Excellent written and verbal communication skills, customer service and negotiation skills

　　Experience with budget management and cost optimization
