　　As a Radiology Technologist, IVR at St. Clare Hospital, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality patient care. Your responsibilities will include operating radiographic equipment, preparing patients for procedures, and ensuring the accuracy and quality of diagnostic images. 　　To be considered for this position, you should have a valid Radiologic Technologist license and be registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT). Previous experience in a hospital setting is preferred, but we also welcome applications from recent graduates who are eager to kick-start their career in radiology.

　　Job Summary:

　　Performs specialized imaging procedures such as angio, complex vascular and nonvascular and neuro interventional and therapeutic procedures, along with assisting the Radiologist/PA. The only registration requirement for this position is Radiography.

　　Job Responsibilities and Requirements:

　　PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

　　Prepares and positions patients and selects anatomic and technical parameters accurately.

　　Prepares and administers contrast media and medications within the accepted scope of practice and applicable state and federal regulations.

　　Observes patient during procedure and reports abnormal activity. Monitors protocols and recommends updates or refinements as warranted.

　　Follows radiation safety procedures and guidelines.

　　Ensures all activities comply with regulatory agency standards.

　　Works in a constant state of alertness and safe manner.

　　Performs other duties as assigned.

　　EDUCATION

　　Associate's degree or completion of a radiology certification programEXPERIENCE

　　Constant standing and walking.

　　Frequent use of vision and depth perception for distances near (20 inches or less) and far (20 feet or more).

　　Frequent use of hearing and speech to share information through oral communication.
