On call required including evenings, occasional weekend and holidays.Job SummaryThis position will provide diagnostic imaging for patients in order to assist patient’s physician in expediting needed care. They will also assist in a QA review to maintain professional standards for themselves and student technologists that they are called upon to assist.Skills / Knowledge / AbilitiesThe ideal candidate will possess excellent clinical radiology technician and cath lab experience; have direct patient care experience; be well organized; have exceptional communication skills (written & verbal); enjoy working independently as well as closely with their co-workers in a supportive team environment; outstanding computer skills (to include Microsoft Office); above average customer service skills; active listening skills; a thorough understanding of HIPPA policies, and ACLS and PALS certification.Does this position have supervisory responsibilities?
