　　Saint Francis Hospital, a member of Trinity Health, Mid-Atlantic, is looking for PRN Radiology Tech Aide to join our Imaging team!

　　PRN/Pool, per department needs, rotating schedule

　　Summary:

　　The Radiology Tech Aide provides assistance to technologists in all areas that allow technologist to maintain an on-time schedule and run the scanning area in an orderly fashion.

　　Adjusts patient’s schedule when necessary and keeping all techs informed of any changes.

　　Transports ED/In patients to and from exam area as needed. Greets and escorts outpatients to exam area and briefly explains procedure.

　　Prepares room set up between patients. Assists patients on and/or off table when requested by technologist.

　　Helps the technologist stay on time by having the next patient ready before the current patient is ready to get off the table.

　　Assists with documentation in EMR and PACS imaging system as directed by technologist.

　　Monitors current, next day schedules and orders.

　　Assists technologists with patients and schedule transport patients to and from exam area.

　　Provides support to clinicians, physicians, patients, and their family members utilizing hospital EMR and Radiology PACS with accuracy.

　　Assesses patients’ physical abilities, accepts additional assignments and tasks.
