　　MaximHealthcare Services is actively looking for a qualified CathLab/Radiology Technologist who would be interested in a 13 week, Full Time Contract with a Healthcare Facility in Olympia Fields, IL. Additional detailsof the contract position are below:

　　Location: Olympia Fields, IL

　　PayRate (Local): $60 / hour

　　TotalTravel Package: $2655.00 / Week (Gross)

　　Mustreside over 50 miles away to qualify for the travel package

　　· Taxable wages: $1080.00 / week

　　· Weekly lodgingallowance: $102200

　　· Weekly meals /incidentals: $553.00

　　o Estimated weeklytake home after taxes: $2385.00 (Net)

　　Schedule:

　　· Rotating:7:00 am – 3:30 pm, 8:00am – 4:30pm, and 9:00am – 5:30pm

　　· Everyother weekend requirement

　　· OnCall

　　Duration: 13 weeks (possibleextension)

　　Requirements:

　　Atleast 2years experience

　　ARRT,BLS

　　COVIDVaccination
