　　5+ years of experience in HVAC/R repairKnowledge of the principles of refrigeration and related controls, allowing for effective diagnosis, repair and installation of appliance reach-ins and ice machinesStrong understanding of how to measure and adjust super heat, refrigerant pressures and temperature controls is requiredAlso understands the use and application of alternate refrigerants for retrofit repairs on refrigeration equipmentAbility to maintain positive customer relations, both internal and externalHas a How can I help? attitudeReads customer notes and is prepared before talking to the customerExcellent oral and written communication skillsOther Requirements:
